Live Instruction Student Workbook

Description

This is a spiral-bound black&white printed workbook, given to our students in our group classes. It is meant to supplement the live instruction given by the teacher, and is not a complete course in itself. It contains written self-hypnosis scripts, exercises, diagrams, birth stories, and is constantly being revised to reflect best practices in childbirth education.
